I've been on the internet a lot the last few months researching Couponing deals. Apparently my cell phone number was picked up that way and now I've been charged 9.99 9 times (3 each month) since Nov. 2011 thru Jan. 2012 totaling $89.91. Other short codes used are 79689 $ 40234 supposedly Coupon Downloads for Game Theory — whatever that is?!
