I ordered several items from this ripoff company in October. As with others, I have attempted numerous times to contact them to issue a refund, with all emails being answered by auto-reply. None of the phones were answered. I've filed a complaint with the BBB Utah, and my case has been investigated and now closed because the owner of BK Industries has shut down the website, shut down shop, and "the authorities cannot locate the owner". I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and filed a dispute with my credit card company.
