The representative stated that if I paid the $99 fee for activation, I would receive a credit card ($5500) in 7 buisness. The rep said they assist people who want ot rebuild their credit and would charge a $19.00 a month fee plus 20% of purchase each month. They have all my personal & financial information. No card came, can't call and now the phone and email account is inactive. Telephone they gave was 1-877-536-0076
