I also ordered a free trial of Organa Cleanse and Slim on 11 December but did not receive the products till around 17 January. I received Bio Slim instead which I then discovered contains caffeine which I cannot take. I just discovered that four billings were taken from my bank account before I received the product. I have now rung the company and they have cancelled my account but will not make any refunds.
