I ordered my son a pair of DR. Dree Beats for Christmas, we received the order in a timely fashion - i did notice that they charge to my debit included a currancy exchange rate (not mentioned in the add) after just having the headphones for 2 weeks the bass quite working - that's the whole point of the Dree Beats!!! I tried sending an email several times tothe e-mail address provided with no response, and there is no phone number on the web page and the online help is now "never online"!! Sure would love to get my money back - or heck even a replacement pair that worked would be fine..
