I went to the airport on Dec 23rd at Air Canada to go home for Christmas and they said we do not have you in the computer. And the confirmation code and reservation number was through Egyptian Air. So I called Egyptian Air and gave them this fake reservation number (well not fake) and they said they have 2 people booked under this reservation and they left the 19th of Jan. From Athens to Bangkok and will return in April from Bangkok to Athens.
I of course had to re-book another ticket at a higher price but the airlines did not seen to be too concerned that some scammers are using their name and flight schedules to rip people off. I wanted to report this website but they kept on telling me contact the agency that you booked through. And of course no response to emails and numbers are disconnected.
And then I was so stupid to use the website again. And this time through Scandivain Air Service SAS for the summer of 2012 and everything was confirmed until they cancelled my ticket because of credit card fraud but then I call back again to report this Cheap Trip Agency Website and then they tell me from the computer that they issued me a refund??? From a credit card scandal they issused me a refund! Ha! But they couldn't tell me how much and again I wanted to report this website and they said they never really had problems with Cheaptickets.com but I told the agent on the phone that I booked through Cheap Trip Agency NOT Cheap Tickets. He again had no help for me and told me to write something on their website about feedback.
I reported this to the German police and now the website is not running anymore but now they are running through a Spanish website and telling people to send it to the same bank number... This is what the police told me so NEVER send anything to this account number

It is Internet Scam and criminals!!! They should be tracked. The British Bank should freeze their account.
