They then charge expensive insurance but state that the cover does not cover my requirements and tehy charge an administrative charge. If one tattempts to sort the matter out they will be faced with a automated response and great difficulty in getting anything done and just be ignored. The result is that my house was repossessed, even after pleading with the county court judge, and nothing I have said can alter the fact that the bailiffs are coming in on the 8th Febrauary 2012 to throw us out.
