I ordered 2 trial size products one for anti wrinkle cream and revita derm cream they arrived and I was debited £2.95 and £2.97 plus postage of £6.99 on 3rd January. I then noticed that a further £79.95 had been taken out of my account. I have spent 1.5 hours in the bank today trying to sort this out. My bank were very helpful but as I paid for this with a debit card they are unable to refund my monies. They did however ring the fraud department at the bank and they gave me a phone number for rivita la peau, 0808 178 7320. I rang this number and after a long wait spoke to thier customer service department. The advisor I spoke with had limited english language skills and I had to cancel both products ordered otherwise they would have been taking monthly amounts of money as the trial was for 10 days and apparently by not canceling within the 10 day period I automatically gave consent to recieve monthly supply at a high cost. Please ring 0808 178 7320 and cancel your order now I dont know how much the phone call cost but its got to be better than unauthorised monthly payments.
