I received a letter from the above company stating that i am a defitnetly confirmed winner $898,899.00 usd ordered by chief dispatch officer (no name or phone #).in order to receive my winnings, i had to respond within 5 days from the date i receive my winnings. I must sign & date & send 20.00. It also stated that that check number is 700579973., only: chief dispatch officer &
p.O. Box number 409006, ft. Lauderdale, florida 33340-9006.

I know definetely that i never entered such entry. Another thing that caught my eyes was that the monies are to be disbursed in cash, then it said in check form.

I feel that if i won such monies, ithere would be any need to send 20.00. I know that this is definetly a scam. And i feel the need to have this matter investigated.
