Ordered a jersey for my daughter. The confirmation never came back. I followed up on the "contact us" section of their website several times but got no response. I see a transaction on my card for "Shoprubyhorse*com" and started investigating. My bank shows it as a "pending" transaction. They cannot do anything until it posts. I got suspicious when I did not see a confirmation after I posted my credit card information. I have yet to get a response from the company.
