I received a sample of the anti rides serum, and the following month a debit appeared on my bank statement. On querying this, it transpired that they had charged me £74.95 without authorisation from myself. I would have thought for that charge I would at least have received some serum and not the sample range. To date I have not heard from them after having emailed them in this matter.
