I sent out my resume to various companies via Careerbuilder.com, a Miami based site of the Miami Herald newspaper. Several days passed, and I then received a "Cashier's Check" from this company, based in Illinois. It said it was a Shell Credit Union cashier's check. They told me to deposit the check, keep $400.00 for me (for 2 hour training), then go to 2 Western Union locations to "evaluate" the employees. I sent the remaining $3,580.00 in 2 parts to LONDON, ENGLAND to 2 different individual names. I then "got the job", and they said they would send my paperwork via UPS. A few days later I went to use my debit card and it was DECLINED. I went to the bank and they told me it was a fraudulent check! I am now responsible for all the money. Beware action market research.
