I received an award notification from P.S.D.O. And sent them $19.99 for a supposed monetary winning. They advised that would be the only fee. Now I have received a Payment Award Data Form asking for $34.99. I have not sent the $34.99 and would like to know if there is any way to receive my $19.99 back.
