On 1/20 I signed up with this recruiting service. I chose to buy the $49.00 package. When I hit submit to process my payment it took me to a blank screen. So I went back to my account and it said tio resend the $49.00 package and that I now owed $19.00. Not understanding what went wrong I paid the $19.00. I did get an email confirmation on the $19.00 which I shouldnt have paid but did. Being a glutten for punishment I tried to pay for another $49.00 package with this company, hoping they would get back to me to fix my account and refund me my money.
I was desperatly hoping it would work because I need to get in touch with some local recruiters in my field of work, as I am currently unemployed. So once again, I paid the $49.00 and the exact same thing happened when I submitted payment. It took me back to an error screen. Again, I went back to check my account status and once again, it said to resen the $49.00 package and to pay an additional $19.00.
So now I am out $117.00 from this company. I reported tro you a few days ago it was $120.00 that I lost but the true amount is $117.00. You can only reach them my fax or email. They did have a phone number that I googled but it belonged to some residential person who had nothing to do with this company. So today I once again sent them an 8th email to either email me back or call me to resolve this issue.
Can you please help me? The only proof I have is my banking account that shows me the money was with drawn. Please advise.
