We prepaid wire transfer for canon branded equipment. They sent Zeikos product. Still awaiting over 70 k of Sandisk or my wire back. Looks like im being royally screwed everytime we call 20 =minutes on hold to get the same answers again and again I am lookinfor physical address to go in person
