In July I was contacted by a person from Acs claminig I owed $986.45 From then until now different people have called my phone and my work phone constantly. Finally on Jan states that I has 48 hours to pay or a juary 19 Brian Lucas emailed me and stated I had 48 hrs to pay or judgment would be rendered and I would have to pay $4585.15 not including bail cha... Rges.
After several emails he recieved my information and bank info. I didn't feel good about this so I googled acs and sure enough came to the conclusion I was indeed trying to be scamed. I have since then cancelled my debit card and put a password on my account. This is sad and people would go thru and use the system fraudently to obtain monies they aren't entitled to. Glad I caught on before they got my money!
