I hired the Paul J Lucas Law Firm via employee Dave Abeling on 7-2-09 and paid in full $3995.00. On 7-8-09 I called to confront Dave Abeling about information I discovered on the internet about the Paul J. Lucas Law Firm.
KABC-channel 7 conducted a news report on their fraudelent practices where the Paul J. Lucas Law Firm failed to assit people who were desperate for home loan modifications. Furthermoremore, they failed to provide refunds as promised. Additionally, I discovered more complaints from this website and the Better Business Bureau amongst many.
Dave Abeling denied it was the Paul Lucas Law firm and said he would talk to Mr. Paul J. Lucas. He further stated he would and get back to me immediately. Needless to say, I did not receive a return call and the Paul J. Lucas Law firm was shut down by the Federal Trade Commission on 7-10-09.

I feel bad not only for myself, but the people who believed Dave Abeling, alledged case Evaluator and Paul J. Lucas, owner of the Paul J. Lucas Law firm.
I am strong believer in, "What comes around goes around'. There may not be justice today Mr. Lucas, but karma has a way of reminding all of us of the negativity and harm we have parted onto others. I hope no one ever misleads, manipulates, victimizes and is as heartless with your loved ones as you have been towards all of us, your alledged clients.
