I called customer service two days after receiving the trial bottle to cancel. I was told to go ahead and try it through january and led to beleive there would be no charge if i canceled before the end of january but i got a bill on the 25th and then called again and was told. My trial was canceled but i was charged for the TRIAL bottle. And there would be no other charges on my card but i dont agree with being charged on a satisfaction gauranteed trial. I did call within the 14 days
