When we purchased 2 ellipicals for $1,574 plus $199. For delivery and set up for EACH, we were told we would get a $100.00 for purchasing the 2nd machine. We ordered back in September. I have called almost EVERYDAY and they NEVER return the calls.
I have a 10 yr parts and a 2 yr labor warranty... But it is a JOKE! They know full well that NO ONE is going to use their warranty because they never plan to return your emails or calls. I have reported it to the BBB and the state of Nevada consumer fraud division.
