They sent me a used gutter cleaner... instead of a new one... So I sent it back. They said they would credit me for the shipping but when they got it... They said it was non refundable... Problem is... They tried to send me a used item... instead of a new one... And that doesn't qualify as non refundable since they tried to scam me with a used item... I also have emails stating they would credit me... And I wasn't going to chase the credit card company for two refunds... They said they would take care of it... And didn't... If it was new... That would be different. But this one had paint and scratches all over it... Not new at all... They tried to pawn it off on me... And I wasn't having any of it... Dishonest company
