? Said I had won $ from Proctor & Gamble

I was called on home phone, had prev. Been left messages that I had won $ and to call back, phone #'s never worked... I answered this time and was told I won $950,000 from Proctor & Gamble and they had to get in touch with IRS they confirmed my address -they had-then gave me a # to call for IRS confirmation... Said I would need to insure the ck before it was delivered today 3pm only 795.00
#'s that called me 520-303-6097,513-426-8772 David P&G, Jennifer Chambers tax info 805-430-5667 I said I would not give bank info they said no just go to western union, walgreens or walmart...
