I went online to get a copy of my husbands drivers license. They asked for my credit card info first, which I thought was a little odd. After getting that information they didn't want anymore information. There was no way to complete the transaction. There was an initial charge on 12/12 for $24.99 and a charge 01/13 for $9.97. I called the number for the company and woman with a foreign accent answered and said she wanted to help me get my money back but needed the first 6 digits of the credit card and the last 4. She said that's the only way she could find my account because she couldn't locate it with my email address. I'm most p.O.'d that I am going to have to cancel this card with all that entails.
