I received an automated call promising two (2) all expense paid boarding passes for a cruise to Nassau, Bahamas, if I were to complete their ten (10) question survey. I took them up on their offer and completed the aforementioned survey in it's entirety. Then, an actual person, who seemed to be trying to talk purposely fast, was on the line asking about my zip code and verifying my phone number. He then "disappeared" as quickly as he had shown up. I was left to another automated message directing me to use the zip code and phone number I had just verified with the person I spoke with, to sign in to their website and claim my reward. I followed these instructions perfectly only to find my info did not match theirs, resulting in my inability to claim my boarding passes. No bs here, no shifting of truths or half-truths. This is exactly how it happened and I'm angry. Can anyone do anything about this kind of thing?
