I keep getting charged for service I don't want. I never authorized this. I have been getting charged $17.95 each month since 10/21. I tried to call them but cannot speak to a live operator or email them unless I have a case number which I don't. I am unable to cancel this automatic payment out of my account. I did not and do not want this service. I do not know how they set it up and why I am not allowed to cancel. Please help me, what can I do to stop this from happening next month?
