I bought a magazine subscription on 6-3-11, and promissed delivery in 150 days. Paid $119 for two subscriptions, and still don't have them

I bought two magazine subscriptions on 6-3-11 from the kid from our neighborhood Jason Bowman. He said the Prime Time Consulting is helping him to win a trip, and more magazines he sells, more chances to win. The magazines were promissed in 150 days, and I still don't have them.
