I use citizensbank. This happened twice. Changed debit card 2 months ago. I Use the card at Walmart most of the time. Never online use with the card. I live in Albany NY. It seems to keep happening to people and they just change their name and number and do it again. Banks say they can't do anything. We just have to file a complaint with them and police again.
