According to the company's message the last order shipped on 8/16, the account was cancelled and I will not be billed. Message also stated I would receve an email, shortly. It has not arrived.
My credit card statement dated 12/6, shows a purchase with ToneDeTox for $79.99, dated 10/25, meaning that they billed me after the cancellation date.
I was not able to contact Customer Servce, because they are perpetually elsewhere.
I am on a retirement income and cannot afford to be charged for a product I can't used & didn't receive.
