I ordered their trial size prefect radiance serum and their anti rides serum, which was £2.95 each I received a despatch note with very little on it, no paper work, no addresses, phone number or website very strange The 2x 2.95 was taken off my account on 28th November. I thought that was that. I thought I was just giving my details for buying these 2 trial products until I looked properly at my credit card bill and noticed that they had took 4 more payments of my credit card, on 2011 12th Dec £74.99,20th Dec £79.99 2nd Jan £74.99 and then again 9th Jan £79.99.
I tried phoning them on 2 occassions, Got through to their call centre on 08000664558 1st Person I spoke to was meant to be named George he told me he could not find me on his system and would contact head office and they contact me the following day that was on 13 January I phoned back the next day after 24 hours were up and had no contact, then spoke to a Ferndnado who said the same took information could not find me I would here from head office within 48 hours which I never. I asked him for an email address for their head quarters and he gave me [email protected]. My email bounced back.
I have not had any correspondence with them ever either by letter, phone or email only a very limited dispatch note with creams. It is now in the hands of the credit card company who have said they have had loads of complaints about this company.
