I signed up for a free copy of Aftershock that came with the following gifts: Franklin Prosperity Report - 2 months free, Gold Stock Advisor - 3 months free, Financial Intelligence Report - 4 months free. Order date was 09 OCT.
It stated that I could cancel my subscription at any time by contacting customer support. I contacted customer support - via their website customer support page - and provided my order ID, date of order, customer ID and promo code. I have continued to receive spam emails even after I updated my account info to stop all emails. I have tried to call their customer support dept numerous times but have never been able to get through to a representative. On 10 JAN I was charged $49.00 for a subscription to The Franklin Prosperity Report. I just sent another communication to their customer support stating that I was charged after canceling my free trial. Total scam and I fear this is not even close to being over...
