I went online trying to secure a small personal loan. I filled out application form and was contacted by company rep next day back in mid Dec. I was assured that loan officer would contact me immediately. I repeatily told them that I was not interested in being part of or involved in anything else, only the loan. They said of course and continued to proceed with speal about their company. The next day, $99.34 was deducted from my account. I made numerous calls to phone # provided which is for some product & services company. I lucked out out and made contact with service rep one time. The rep assured me that someone would contact me within 48 hours and that my money would be refunded. Any time one calls there to speak to someone from the company, all you are connected with is a rude telephone operator who claims that they are unable to connect you to anyone from the company and hangs up. A couple of weeks later, I tried to secure funds from another company who had solicted me and was funneled into this same company. Once again, I expressly stated that I was not interested in anything but the loan, and they said they were clear on that. They did not deposit any money into my account. They not only debited it for another $99.34 and the proceeded to do the same thing again a few days later.
