A "Christopher Wallace" from above company, Tel (678) 330-8106 called me with offer for sale of Time Share, saying there is a buyer for $18,900 (would not say who the buyer is). Sent me a contract saying they will refund a one-time non-recurring fee within days and aske me to void a check for $2398.00. They cashed a printed check ("no signature required") to account # 8200965732 (doesn't say what bank) on 10/25. When I called the above # a few weeks later someone still answered to say the money will be in my bank account in a few days, but since then the phone has been out of service.
