I joined the work from home internet based scheme for $4.95 then a week later $65.99 was taken from my account. Then a month later 13th Jan a further $65.99 was taken. I had not realised earlier unfortunately. However having called my bank and been told that as it was a card payment I must deal with it myself I eventually googled and came across this site. I then found a post with the customer services number 0870 8200093 and called them. They were pleasant enough but not apologetic, however I have received a cancellation number, plus a refund number and apparently the money will return to my account within 7-10 days. We will see, but at least I now feel like I might sleep tonight!
