First ordered free sample online on Jan 3rd 2012. Was billed GBP5.20. The product has not arrived and I can't get in touch to query or cancel. On Jan 16th still no product, the company has debited me a further GBP95.46 without any authorisation whatsoever. Have contacted my bank to deal with the fraud as Reliftxs is impossible to contact.
This has caused me great anxiety.
