Should they give you the name of the SURETY BOND COMPANY, check THE SECRETARY OF STATE RECORDS to see if their truly is a SURETY BOND COMPANY by that name and call them. See if you get straight facts or the RUN AROUND.

Most Collection Agencies have Insurance on their Collectors, see if EBSS ASSOCIATES gives you this information. I wouldnt hold my breath.

Some LOW LIFE AGENCIES have thei Collectors use ALIAS names. The person who you speak to may not really be MATT CARLISLE, REGINA SMITH, LAVELL BOWEN, MR. Green, or earvin bowen. This is to protect The AGENCY & the employee. Having an ALIAS is ILLEGAL, and THE FAIR TADFE COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT forbids such actions by
the company and its employees. You may sue the Company and that collector, but in reality The Collector does not exist in the REAL WORLD, so your suing a GHOST. Should they show up in COURT in a LAWSUIT, it is your RIGHT to have them PRODUCE their identification as to who is standing before THE COURT.
