Gentlemen / Ladies,
This is, for the most part, a good news story. I do, however, question the method by which a potential customer must qualify for membership.in order to qualify for a five day free trial, one must be willing to complete one for more surveys. When I attempted, there were no surveys available to complete. After several attempts, I gave up. It wasn't until last week upon receipt of my credit card invoice that I realized I had been charged, nevertheless. This practice is highly questionable and I think you should be aware of it. Thankfully however, Megaflix couldn't have been more helpful in responding to my concerns.
Please pass on this E-mail to Megaflix.net on my behalf.
Regards.

Re options m.C.
Dear Louie,
I contacted you to discuss a charge of $49.95 applied to my Options Master Card account on December 15. As you were able to verify, I did not use your services and thus agreed to reverse all charges and there will be no auto billing in future.
This agreement is supported by confirmation number 1545400103
I very much appreciate your hassle-free customer service.
Regards,
Robert Arche
