Trial shipment was sent to me on December 19 with no instructions on how to use any of product. Just a bunch of little jars with no labels as to what they are. Then if you don't send them back you get charged $127. I did not receive any email stating i had to return trial shipment. $127 for makeup is ridiculous. It is nice to see how these infomercial people get rich by being criminals. I will never purchase anything from your company again. I hope someone reports you to Better Business Bureau. I plan on making sure that everyone I know hears about your ripoff scheme.
