I purchased a Velocity Cruz T410 tablet from the company's website. The computer arrived and was defective. After trying to resolve the issue with Velocity's technical service department, I returned the tablet. Under the terms of their 90 day warranty, the postage was supposed to be covered by Velocity. It wasn't. Additionally, they assessed me with a 15% restocking fee for returning a defective product. This is criminal, and has cost me $75.00, plus shipping (approx. $20.00, with return receipt requested).
