I went to the seminar the first one which was free. While there the person speaking said there is a three day seminar for 2999.99 but if anyone purchased it that night reserved thier spot it would only cost 1497.00. The next day I met Steve who was with the company at the Radisson Hotel in Davenport where I live. I went to the seminar and the second day they said there were tours to go on to help make money flipping houses the cost for these tours were 30,000.00 and 40,000.00 (Armando is on A &E's flip this house).
I recieved books and cds. The compnay claimed to be there for you to help you. I recieved a call from Maria a representative of the company lettig me know I need a personal mentor to help with my progress flipping houses. She did not say how much it would cost just to apply for a credit card and then let her know what happened. I called her back and let her know I got a credit card the limit was 200.00 she said she could not help me the mentor was 5000.00. This would give me profits between 5000.00 and 10,000.00 per month. I said I already spent 1497.00 she said there are grants that Armando has to help so I thought great but the grant is only for half I still needed to pay 2500.00 I told her I just got in a bad accident, my father passed away, got robbed and terminated from my work she said I need to still get out there make contacts and build my group to help flip houses I said I am spending my time looking for work and taking care of things I need to do and she just sounded like she did not care I asked about getting my money back she said I had to call customer service so I did and left a message who I am and what happended and why I a calling they never called back that was about 8 months ago. Another person called to see how I was doing I told him what happened he told me to call customer service. Armando claims that his students are the most important to him and thier success but then why does it not help them. Then on top of that there was software they said to buy that would help with flipping houses it has to do with comps and real estate matters and finding properties in areas that are all around the country and shows the spots that are good places to flip that is all good but if you can not buy it for some reason or another then you can not get as much use out of the information that you recieve. I just want my money back or them to help me make 2500.00 to 5000.00 flipping houses Armando is a multi millionare somone helped him now he is using that help and knowledge to get richer off of everyone else and this is unacceptable. He needs to do what he says or be prosecuted and loose everything.
