I ordered a mini Sd card through Ebay. It was proven to be faulty and the company agreed to replace if I paid a further £2 postage through Paypal. Neither a replacement nor refund have been received, when I write they just keep telling me to be patient and they are investigating with the Post Office.
Ebay won't help as the fault became apparent after 90 days and the same applies to Paypal even though the company agreed the product was faulty and offered to replace it.
I have now found out that although they advertise on Ebay as being from Bristol England they are in fact based in Hong Kong.
A small amount involved but the principal regarding Ebay and Paypal not helping would be the same whatever the amount.
