Trying to get online this afternoon, our computer tells us that there are viruses, and suggests we purchase this virus removal program. Since it was Windows, we purchased using my sister credit card and didn't work, then I tried with credit card and didn't work too. We have viewed our accounts and we were charged $69.95 each time for a total of 139.9. We still can not get online.
