I ordered three reports from this company because when I did the search it said the information was available. However, when I got the reports they were of no use. One report was on the wrong person, the other report did not show any information on the phone owner after the site had claimed the phone owner details were available (it only showed me the city that the number was from which I knew by the area code) and the final report has only shown as "Processing Report" for the last three days... I never even got a report. The company refuses to give me a refund. Their site is just a scam!!!
