I ordered a free sample of Perfect Radiance & Revitaderm only paying £8.92 postage & packing.
I then find that they have taken £74.95 on 1 Jan and then £79.99 on 5 Jan without my authorisation. I haven't even received any goods.

I thought a sample meant you had to see if you liked it before you consider placing an order!
