In october i was having trouble with my pc. I went online seeking a repair from microsoft. I found ammyy admin and paid them for one year full service, at 149.95.in late december i recieved a phone call from mercaway, which is the same company, they explained that the microsoft software was missing from my computer and that it would cost me 180.81 for them to put it back in. I explained that i could not afford it at that time. On january 4, they called me again. During my attempt to pay 180.81, my bank would not approve the payment. I told mercaway to call me back at 4 30 that same day, i would go to the bank in the mean time. At the bank, i was informed that the website attempted to withdraw 122.94,21.66,325.49, and 180.81. I confronted the individual when he called me back three days later. He gave me an complaint number that reads, AE14935, and that a manager would call me in a couple days. Four days later, i received that call. The person, told me that i put my address in twice, which i did not, and mentioned several other things which I did wrong, without explaining why i was charged multiple times. I know what a run-around is.
