During my initial call obtaining information on using smc to start my home business. I was introduced to two different options, the silver and gold clubs.interested in Gold, I asked for the to give me the silver, possibly changing to GOLD the following day. The following day I call to speak to representative Lance Peterson, he claimed he did not speak with me 01/03, (Having three other people listening to conversation) it was sales person 13363. At that time he told me that I had already been billed on my checking account for the total $214.95, price for the gold membership. I told him at that time it was the silver I was interested in. Therefore he can't help me any further and directed me to a dead end line. Haha, the bank has stopped payment. It's not worth it!!!
