The apartments of Cambria at Coyote Ridge in Carrollton, Texas are not even fit for animals to live in. This apartment complex built on a landfill is next to the golf course and is an abomination. The misconduct and negligence by the owners, the management and the maintenance personnel is thoroughly disgusting.
If this is what one considers a "luxury" lifestyle, then I defy what the word luxury means. If luxury means that you can expect plumbing and sewer problems (as in RAW SEWAGE backing up into your apartment), insect infestations (up to the point that people AND animals were poisoned), garbage atrocities (see reports made to the health department) animal feces littered all over the grounds, parties "like it's 1999", poor or no maintenance, the manager and crew being the most unprofessional group of "people" that has no concern for its residents whatsoever, safety hazards, poor construction, rats and snakes, and on and on, then I suggest that Funk and Wagnall's change the description of "luxury".
For the safety and health of yourself and your children, by all means do not enter the gates of this hell. Residents of this complex are seeking legal help. Residents are being slandered, harassed, and mistreated by the owners and management and are seeking to terminate leases. LEGAL HELP!!! The tenants of this "luxury" apartment complex need legal help. If you are looking at this complex, move on. If you can help the people that have already been doomed, please respond. If you are one of the doomed, please join the crowd and get some justice, reply on this website, send your report to the BBB, the apartment finder reviews, or get legal representation.
