I signed up for membership via my sister. I e-mailed my Credit Card details to them for which I received my username and a password. When I tried repeatedly to Login, as I was instructed to do, I was unsuccessful. I tried several more times but to no avail.
I immediately sent them an e-mail stating my problem. I, in turn, received an e-mail from them saying that they would" get back to me as soon as possible". I waited and then felt uneasy and immediately called my bank who told me to get hold of the Fraud Department and their investigatiion is now pending...
