I too received the same letter stating I won $898,000 and had to send $20. I'm too smart to get scammed and you never send any one even a penny if you won something. You get on a mailing list and they send these stupid letter. I received one a month ago too, said I won $5000. Just had to post this should be illegal... FBI are you reading this??
