This company took money out of my account because my 14 year old daughter answered my phone and could not understand what the person on the other end was saying. I called the company and told them I wanted my money back but they said it would take 30 days. Then the next day they called and said that I had cancelled the membership online. I don't even have their website and can't find their number. I am so angry about companies that use call centers from countries that don't speak english. You can't understand what they are saying and they call right back if you hang up on them. I just want my money back I now have checks that have bounced because they took my money without permission. You don't even know they are doing it until it's too late to stop them.
