I ordered 2 products in October through Facebook advertising. I only had to pay for the postage. I received these and I had made sure I went right through everything online to ensure I wouldn't get caught out with any other charges. I have just found I have been charged in December for something I didn't authorise and I am not happy. I don't know how to get my money back. It is a public holiday so I can't even get hold of my bank.
