I ordered a coach purse as a Christmas gift from this website. The transaction looked legitimate as I had to go through VISA verified. Two things set the warning flags off which were the merchant ID and the amount taken from my bank account. The merchant was listed as HAITIAN INTERNATIONAL TRA SHANGHAI and the amount taken from my account was not the authorized amount I submitted. After a few days, I inquired about a tracking number via e-mail as there was no phone number to call (another warning flag I should have seen). I did receive an e-mail correspondence asking when I placed the order which I found odd as I already gave them my order number and date of transaction. It has been almost a month now. No purse, no tracking number, and the website (www.coachfactorystoreoutleti.com) is gone. I have already contacted my financial institution to file a claim in hopes to get my money back.
